TURNOVER TIME Normal turnover for template designs is 5 to 7 business days from the time we recieve your art request. Please remember that custom work takes longer to set up. We will not begin the printing process until you have approved the final proof. Shipping locations and methods will also affect turnover time. |

PAYMENT METHODS  We can accept payment for your order by credit card, debit card, or by check. The best part, you don't have to pay until your order is ready to be shipped! SHIPPING & DELIVERY
 We can ship your order to any physical address in the US via UPS. Please remember that UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. Shipping charges will be reflected on your invoice. Please bear in mind that shipping times are based on the date of production, not when you place your order. We are not responsible for delays in shipping. Please contact us with any questions or concerns. Delivery is available for large orders in the Clemson area.

ART SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
TTGRAFX is a custom art shop. This means that our job is to take your ideas and bring them to life. We can easily use your ideas or sketches to create custom art. If you have experience with art programs, you can also submit your own designs. However, we do have a few guidelines that we like to follow for art submission.
Sketches & Hand Drawn Art
If you would like for us to use your own art, please make sure to submit black-line art only. If necessary, please provide an additional color copy for visual reference.
Images Found On The Internet
The most common types of images on the internet are JPG's and GIF's. It is not possible to reproduce these images exactly. When viewed on your computer, these images appear crisp and clean, but when they are enlarged for printing, the image becomes pixelated and blurry. Our artists can use these images as reference for re-creating artwork. It is usually impossible to use the images themselves and achieve clean artwork.

ACCEPTED FILE TYPES
We prefer Macintosh files. Some Windows based PC file formats may be acceptable. Please call or e-mail us if you have any questions that are not covered here.
Adobe Illustrator (MAC/PC):
All text must be converted to outlines for your font to be usable. Images of photos or drawings that are placed into the AI file may not be usable. All images that are not vector art must must be embedded in the file before submitting it.
Adobe Photoshop (MAC/PC):
Black and white outlines only. Image size should be 10"x10" for all designs on a white background. The resolution of your image must be at least 300 dpi. We can accept PSD and EPS files created in Photoshop. Filters and effects are not acceptable, as they cannot be easily re-created. If you would like an effect to be used on your artwork, please let us know.
JPG's Found On The Internet
JPG's are generally unusable. Please call or e-mail us if you have any questions.
Microsoft Word (MAC/PC):
We discourage submission of Microsoft Word documents due to the fact that fonts used on one system may not be available on another, as well as the low image quality of clip-art. |
